1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email, and a securely hashed password.
Payment data: plan, amount, method, status, and (for bank transfers) the reference you provide. Card details are handled by our payment providers (e.g. Payoneer). We never collect or store them.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account and sessions.
To process payments and send receipts and service updates.
To respond to enquiries and provide support.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interests (security, improving the service).

4. Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add optional analytics in the future, they will only be set with your consent.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service (e.g. MongoDB Atlas for storage, Payoneer/Wise for payments, Resend for email). We never sell your data.

6. Retention

We keep account and payment records while your account is active and as required for legal/accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use signed httpOnly cookies, and traffic is served over HTTPS with strict security headers.
